The 'Abort Received...Reading Failed' pair of log entries indicates that some
mail client has disconnected a POP session without waiting for everyone to
send and receive all of the final QUIT commands. Someone on your LAN at
192.168.1.249 checked their mail with such a client, and apparently the list
server software on your home server does it too. There are several mail
clients that do this, Outlook Express (IIRC) and Mailsmith (which I use, so my
SIMS logs are full of the same error messages) among them. It's mildly rude of
the client, but doesn't cause any problem for SIMS, so you can safely ignore
it.

Yes, SIMS logs a pair of entries for each RBL rejection, clearly marked as
such and indicating which RBL returned a positive result. They are level 1
messages, so you'll get them at all logging levels. As with other anti-spam
features, RBL log entries contain the string 'SPAM?' to make them easier to
find.
