I would LOVE to see a feature that would allow per-domain RBL lookups. I think this would be easy to implement.. read on!
Add a checkbox to utrn it on or off - not too hard. When enabled SIMS would do potentially two RBL lookups: Say the rbl server is rbl.me.com Say the client host was 192.168.0.100. The RCPT TO: address is [EMAIL PROTECTED] SIMS does an RBL lookup of 100.0.168.192.mydomain.com.rbl.me.com If this is a match (to reject) then SIMS rejectes and is done. else SIMS does an RBL lookup of 100.0.168.192.rbl.me.com (this is what it does now). It checks for a match here and if no match, it permits the mail, otherwise reject. This would let RBL administrators add per-domain entries or master entries applying to all domains. Then we right an RFC for it ;-) -- Joe Laffey | Want to convert subnet masks between different LAFFEY Computer Imaging | notations, or figure the number of IPs in a block?
