In the SIMS General settings, what is "Main Domain Name" set to?  I've
got the feeling that it's NOT "online.co.ma", which makes these router
settings problematic.  Let me explain, based upon this assumption:

The domain name in line (1) is redundant.  Change this line to

    <*@cpge-cpa.ac.ma> = cp_*

In this way, you save routing steps (and I think these extra routing
steps are confusing the address), and should correct the problem.
