The three features serve different purposes. 'Relay for Clients Only' keeps
unauthorized people from using your SIMS server to relay messages. That is, it
closes SIMS to third-party relays and keeps your server off the DNS-based
blacklists. The blacklist features and 'Verify Return Paths' protect you from
other people's open relays and spam servers by helping to prevent unwanted
mail (spam) from being delivered to local accounts.
