Not necessarily. I'm not aware of any coordinated effort to create "standards".

If I were you, I wouldn't bother. The landscape changes too fast to 
make this anything other than a nightmare. See my first comment.

However, to get a pretty good idea of -some- of what's out there, 
test any IP at <http://relays.osirusoft.com/cgi-bin/rbcheck.cgi> and 
dig through the results.
