Sounds like what you really want is something like <*master@*>. Unfortunately,
SIMS' router doesn't permit multiple wildcards. Another way to do it would be
to have entries making domainA.com, domainB.com, domainC.com local:

domainA.com = sims.local.domain
etc.

Then you can use simply:

<*master> = catchallAccount

If you need to have the virtual domains treated as local to begin with (i.e.
you need those entries for other reasons), this might simplify your router.
