Hostnames are case-insensitive. Usernames are *optionally* 
case-sensitive except for 'postmaster' which must be 
case-insensitive. I almost certain, given how SIMS is implemented, 
that it treats usernames as case-insensitive, because it depends on 
HFS rules which enforce case-insensitivity.
