Is anyone successfully using Postini <http://www.postini.com/> with their SIMS?
We are thinking of pointing our primary MX records to Postini in an effort to filter SPAM/Viruses. The only problem is that we are under a constant dictionary (Rumplestiltsken?) SPAM attack and this attack will be diverted to Postini's servers. Postini's SMTP server will then try to forward the dictionary attack e-mails to our SIMS and the TempBan will block legitimate mail from getting through. It seems to me that the TempBan feature of SIMS is incompatible with these types of filtering services. Is there another way to block viruses while under dictionary attack? -- Best Regards.
