Jeff, I've had the same thing happen recently. Another customer of my upstream provider, Savvis-who is at the other extreme from sloppy, was blacklisted and we were blacklisted as a result. I'm like you...I don't question the right to block anything...but that solution will eventually lead us to closed networks with everyone squatting behind firewalls. A deal with it directly strategy has to be found in my opinion.
