I have recently installed SIMS 1.7 and Mailtron Gateway 1.3.2 on a
Quadra 840AV (128Mb RAM/500Mb Hard Disk/MacOS 8.1). However, the users
are experiencing the following problem:

Whenever an email is received from outside the local network (i.e. via
the Internet) which has multiple recipients included either To:ed or
cc:ed each recipient receives a separate copy of that email for each of
the recipients in the list. For example, I have run a test where I sent
an email to one person and cc:ed in 14 others - every person in the list
received 15 copies of the email!! The same thing happens if the all the
recipients are To:ed as well. Fortunately this problem does not manifest
itself when exchanging mail either on the local network or for outgoing
emails dispatched to the outside world. It only appears to be a problem
with inbound traffic.

Has anybody come across this problem? If so, how can I fix it?
