Are you sure the .2 is the A record returned? (I have no idea for the subscription sites). A quick way to check is to put a range (like 2-10) in the blacklist. If there is no "spam?" in the logs, it doesn't mean it's not working on a basic level. A successful connection can be made, but unfortunately SIMS only logs a positive response. I asked Dmitry if the NXDOMAIN response could be logged as a low-level troubleshooting guide, but he said that it was difficult to do, I think.
