This will not work.  @blacklist will only whitehole "blacklisted" IPs 
(either in local blacklist or RBL).

Is "localacccount" special in the router?  If you meant a local account 
on the server, then it will not work either as ALL mail from the 
whitelisted address would be delivered to a single mailbox.
