>I'm struggling with a sendmail server that doesn't allow my boss to send >an email to 215 groupies of his band. I'm thinking he could just use our >SIMS server to relay his mail out - are there any max recipients >restrictions with SIMS? > Well, running MacJordomo my SIMS regularly sends to a six hundred subscriber list for my band without a hickup. It also handled a three hundred subscriber list with up to fifty messages per day for a couple of years without any of my regular mail users noticing the traffic.
This is on a 7100/66 I don't think it'd like a 215 address To: or Cc: header either but I can't say for sure. Get MacJ and set up a list for your boss. He'll give you a raise, I promise.
