A couple come to mind. Make sure when you try to relay a message through your
server that it has been longer than whatever you've got set for "authenticated
IPs are treated as Clients' ones" since you last checked your mail via POP.
Otherwise your IP address will still be temporarily in SIMS' client hosts list
and you'll be allowed to relay. Also, you need to test the relay setting with
a message whose destination is some other server besides your SIMS server. If
the message is sent to an address that's local on the server that you're
testing, then it's not a third party relay and SIMS will accept it (as long as
other anti-spam features are not triggered).
