In the SMTP Service Settings, enable 'Relay for Clients Only', then enter the
IP addresses of any machines you want to allow to relay into the 'Client
Hosts' list. You have now closed your relay.

If you have users who need to send mail from dial-up connections, they have
three basic options:

1. They can use their ISP's servers to send mail.

2. They can use SMTP AUTH if their mail client supports it.

3. They can check their mail before sending. Then whatever you've got in the
   'For xx min authenticated IP are treated as Clients ones' setting takes
   effect.
