Look at your SIMS log. v1.8b8 and later have a anti-harvesting feature. Too many attempts to send mail to unknown accounts in a short amount of time will temp ban the sending mail server. This does not depend on your RBLs. You can disable it for an IP address by putting that IP address into your client hosts list.
