Scott Check the "General > Delete Failed Messages" setting. If it is set to "never", then delivered messages will stay in the queue until you delete them. If it is set to any other value, the messages will be deleted after the time specified. Note that a message with multiple addressees will end up in the queue if any one of the addresses required even a single retry.
