No. SIMS only acts in the SMTP protocol phase. Anything that requires 
looking at message data is beyond SIMS' capabilities.

Again, header content is not something SIMS can act on. If you want 
that sort of filering, you need to switch to Communigate Pro, 
sendmail hooked to procmail or milter filters, or some other solution.
