This sounds like a timing issue. Typically, monitors like Kick Off! are using faceless background applications to do their jobs; it depends upon how fast this FBA gets going as compared to how fast SIMS gets going (and SIMS starts up pretty fast). Obviously if SIMS is going before Kick Off! is going, Kick Off! wasn't there to see SIMS start up and therefore won't have it in its register.
