Is there any performance penalty/benefit in putting this at the top or
bottom of the list?

Also, has anyone else gotten a TON of spam from "info.blastdirect.com" in
the last day or so?  I've passed about 200 messages to various mailboxes
from these spammers in the last 24hrs.
