216.30.135.105 is the address of my IPNR server, so that *is* where
he should be coming from. Could it be a problem with the port listed?
But there are others who are not behind the firewall who are having
similar problems. I'll see if I can catch a log snippet from one of
them to post.

I've had problems with most of my users who are on Outlook for most
of the last week. The common problem is the inability to send.
I've increased the memory allocation for SIMS and doubled both the
TCP send and receive channels available.
The machine has been recently Nortoned, so I don't think there's any
file corruption causing it.
Any other ideas?
