If you want to continue to receive mail addressed to <mailbox>@MDCCLXXVI.com then you'll need an entry: MDCCLXXVI.com = mail.MDCCLXXVI.com and, if you have an entry: mail.MDCCLXXVI.com = MDCCLXXVI.com you'll need to remove it.
