"Global" (if that is your real name ... )

I use RBLs without any of the 127.x.x.x entries in my blacklist and 
SIMS rejects the 127.0.0.2 responses. So if it is just relays you are 
trying to stop, it is a one step process (enter the 'RBL Servers').
