There are 2 ways I know of: 1) Send mail from an account outside of your client list to someone outside your client list. Moderately difficult because you need an "outside IP" and you need to use a relaying address structure (described somewhere in the SIMS docs). 2) Have someone telnet into your server from outside and see if it accepts relay mail.
