We are running a SIMS 1.8 box using OS 8.6 and I periodically have to restart as the system locks up.
It seems to be directly related to SIMS as I had errantly left the retry values set too high for all the mailboxes. I reset the retry value to three attempts and immediately dumped the queue. After doing so, our network performance bounced back and we seemed to be operating normally. I still, however, from time to time get lockups while the box is sitting there. I was wondering if the number of TCP/IP channels in the SMTP and POP settings might have anything to do with this. Any ideas? Thanks again for all the feedback. True SIMS newbie here. :-) Chris ############################################################# This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.
