One of my clients has been experiencing problems receiving email from someone at a 
webTV account.

The log typically shows:

It would seem that at 14:44:40, an awful lot happens and either SIMS gives up on web 
TV or vice versa. No sooner do we send "...pleased to meet you" than we bail out 
noting "Nothing read". Should this be happening so quickly after "...pleased to meet 
you"?
