First update from v1.7 to a v1.8.x SIMS. You should be able to find it
on the Stalker FTP site. I have been using 1.8b8 for well over a year
now and it is stable.

The v1.8 versions allow for multiple RBLs and a relatively simple way
to determine what return codes from the RBLs you wish to use.

In the SMTP controls, check the "Use Blacklist DNS Server(s)" box. In
the RBL server list area enter your desired RBLs with a comment field
to be returned to the sender if the RBL triggers. A sample RBL entry
may look like:

relays.osirusoft.com     "Please see http://relays.osirusoft.com/";
korea.services.net  "Please see http://korea.services.net/";

Now in the "Blacklisted Hosts" enter the return codes that you want to
use from the RBLs. A sample list might be:

127.0.0.2 ; orisoft verified open relay
127.0.0.3             ; orisoft dialup line

Since you are not having any local user accounts and you are always
relaying mail to your Exchange server, leave the "relay for clients
only" unchecked. If I understand what you need, this should pretty much
be all you need to set things up. Note: I only use the web interface
for administration, so I don't know if the check boxes and other entry
fields are marked the same if you use Communigator.
