SIMS generates one only one log, which includes SMTP events, POP events, HTTP events, etc. Log levels for each of these can be set independently, but they still all go into the same pot. Using the web-based display filtering, or using a tool like BBEdit on the text logs after the fact, will pick out what you want to see.
