Chris

Could it be because you are not properly routing one or more of:
nvisiongr.com
mail.nvisiongr.com
nvisionusa.net
nvisionusa.com

??????

At the very least, you need a routing entry of the form:

nvisionusa.net = mail.nvisiongr.com

and you need a local account called "cj" or a routing entry of the form:

<cj> = therealname
