Okay, so what setting do I use in Outlook to do this? I know I'm going to 
have to explain this to them, so I better be familiary with the procedure.

Well, FWIW, Claris Emailer seems to also support PWD (but we CE users are 
a dying breed...). Following closely on that note, however:

So, essentially, I am better off to set the passwords myself, and then 
transmit that information to the users via some other method, right? Or 
is there some other mechanism for them to change their own passwords in 
SIMS?
