More importantly you make yourself an open relay to that server, and open youself up to be included along with them in the blacklists should it be discovered and utilized. The other approach is to whitehole the accounts (in the form of <postmaster%*@blacklisted> = postmaster ) that need to receive mail from blacklisted servers.
