What does this error code mean?

I have a user here who is trying to send out mail to a box that is setup to run with Macjordomo here on our SIMS box.

I looked at the log after she said she had difficulty with sending to that particular box and this is a snip from it, with the error codes.

07:37:16 2 SYSTEM [S.0000188699] <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 0+1 From:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
07:37:16 1 SYSTEM [S.0000188699] failed to open ditribution list 'ambassadors'. Error Code=-43
07:37:16 1 SYSTEM(POP) [S.0000188699] failed on (ambassadors). Error Code=-43

What does this mean and is there something (obviously on my part) that I can change to fix it?
