Interestingly I note they have picked up my mail address for SIMS Discussions...which is worrying.
Anyway, as maybe an example to others that dont understand what to do....what should be the key details I need to extract and Blacklist or ERROR from the following header?
I've put 216.34.4.251 in my blacklist, any others I should enter to prevent this mail again?
