Probably. Once you capture enough relevant data to diagnose the problem,
you'll probably want to return them to their normal settings so that your
log files don't get too huge.

Yes, that's the result you want.

Again, make sure you've got 'Verify Return-Path' enabled in the SMTP
service settings. If it is, mail with offending address as its return-path
should be getting bounced.
