I'd recommend using something greater than 1024. Ports below this number
have commonly used-functions and other devices may attempt to contact your
SIMS box with bizarre requests if you respond on a standard port with
non-standard (for that port) SMTP replies. I'd use something like 8025 or
10025 as similar but outside the normal port range.
