Nobody expects a sysadmin to know in advance about someone who intends to spam;
Exactly. The point is that I want to catch and stop them when they're in the act, rather than analyzing logs or finding my servers on an RBL. I know how to do damage control once the spam has occurred - I want to stop it *before* much goes out.

It sounds like Communigate Pro can do that, though I haven't found a reference in the docs yet. Looks like it's time to subscribe to that list...
