PHYSICAL VIOLENCE?  Is that in your contract?  I thought that was reserved
for banks only.

Don't talk to him.  Let it lie with legal representatives.  This guy might
claim anything now, and put your name on it.

Then he has no recourse.  That's just crazy.  If indeed emails had anything,
then contact the recipient.  Anybody threatening you is obviously out of his
mind.  Document all of this...I've had a similar situation outside of my
business.

Show good will.  Anything is tamperable here.  Has he paid all his invoices?

Then close his file and move on.  He can find another provide and move his
domain within 3 business days.  Suggest he do so and notify him that it is
possible.
