That would be the one I would worry about.

Depending on what the FTC is doing with it (why do I have a feeling they 
are just sending that account to "/dev/null"), you risk marking an 
innocent person as a spammer.

In addition, at least by routing to error, the person will get a bounce. 
This might A: help get you off spam lists (if the spammer cleans bounces, 
I don't know how many bother), and B: if it is legit mail, the person 
will know their email never made it to you and may try contacting you 
another way. 

By going to the FTC, the legit person thinks YOU got the email and are 
just ignoring them, potentially a bad thing depending on the 
purpose/context of the email.
