I just came across a type of problem everyone might want to be aware of. I have a client who is (umm, let's say problematic since this is a family list) and who I cc'd on an email to one of his contractor's he's recently hired asking a bunch of pertinent questions about his work (which is late and poorly documented) that is holding up deploying a new site.
I'm on a dialup and must send through earthlink and for the first time in a year one of my emails gets bounced because the particular server is blacklisted. But the worst part is that since my account is on the same server as my client's the bounce back to me from earthlink also gets bounced and so I never know he didn't get the cc'd email. If you think this might have resulted in a high volume phone call between us, well, you're right. So, it's something to watch out for. I'm going to end up setting up a whiteholed account for him so this can't happened again but others might want to do the same if you have (oh, let's call them problematic) clients.
