hey, check out this log corruption

Maybe not a true corruption, but I just noticed this yesterday, it 
started on Mar 30. The logged clock is just changing to different 
times. If you look at all the log entries, it goes for a while just 
like it should, incrementing in time and doing its logging thing, 
then suddenly the time changes and it again continues incrementing in 
time and doing its logging thing until it changes again. The messages 
headers keep their continuity, so it's just a corruption in the time 
that is logged. Tried restarting SIMS but that did not fix it. Also, 
MacOS system clock is fine.

I've not yet discounted Saddam Hussein as the cause, but I'm inclined 
to exclude him since he doesn't appear to be doing much hacking these 
days (at least not computer-wise). Anyone else ever seen this?
