I don't think so, but it would be nice if the responses were better

I leave 127.0.0.4-127.0.0.6 out of my blacklist (one of those is the
outputs smarthost sub-list, which Joe Jared recommends people not use for
blocking mail). Omitting those response addresses precludes, I believe, the
SPEWS, Spamhaus and possibly spamsites sub-lists of relays.osirusoft.com.
The only one of those I care about, though, is Spamhaus, so I have
sbl.spamhaus.org in my RBL servers list in addition to
relays.osirusoft.com.
