One other thing I forgot to mention. While SIMS allows you to fine tune the granualirty of a RBL response, at least in postfix, ANY response that is in the 127.0.0.2-127.255.255.255 is a "hit" and the mail is dropped.

There is no way (well, not in the release version of postfix at least) to say "If there reply from my.rbl.td is 127.0.0.2-4 drop the mail, but for 5-6 allow it and for 7-12 reject."
