We need more information. What does your SIMS log say? You may want to turn
the logging up to an appropriate level (>3) for the SMTP, System, and/or
Router modules in order to get enough relevant info. Does SIMS generate a
bounce message back to the client? Is the client allowed to relay through
your SIMS server? (If you've got 'Relay for Clients Only' enabled, then do
you have the client's IP address in your Client Hosts list?) Does the
client get any sort of error message when sending?
