Three other things you can do
a: Add cbl.abuseat.org (I second the recommendation of Steve Atkins as a
good barometer of the validity of this list.  He meets the three criteria I
have for RBL maintainers (smart, honorable, and sane))

b: Keep an annotated local blacklist and blacklist blocks

c: publish and disseminate spamtrap addresses widely on the web and on usenet.
