Not around these parts (Dallas). Second-person singular is "you;" second-person plural is "y'all." "All y'all" is a deliberate redundancy used for emphasis. Anyone getting it wrong is probably a tourist. :^)
My sister told me the term for tourist in Dallas was "Touron".
Touron is not specific to Dallas. I've heard it in Denver, San Fransisco, Maryland, Virginia, and Illionois personally.
