I've got a number of my email accounts setup to mirror to a monitoring account. This is done for legit business reasons (although even if it was done for snooping on email, since it is business email I'd still consider it legit).
I'm having a problem where I'm getting multiples of the same email. This is actually to be expected because the emails I get multiples of are being sent to multiple recipients that are each being monitored. Is there a way to set SIMS to do the mirroring to my monitoring account, but only once per message instead of once per delivered address like it does now? 90% of the time, the emails are addressed to multiple people rather than multiple emails each addressed to one person. So if I can get SIMS to only mirror once per message, I'd stop getting duplicate copies of the same email. Does what I want to do make sense, or have I totally botched what I am trying to explain? And if it makes sense, is there a way to do what I want?
