That would only work if the domain part is a 'local' domain (i.e., it's
mapped to SIMS' local domain). In general, in the context of rejecting
spam, that would probably cause more problems than it solved.

Correct. You can only have one wild card in a router entry, and the wild
card cannot be in the domain part. The best you can do with the example
above is to have one wildcard entry per offending domain:
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> = error
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> = error
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> = error
