Blacklist IP limits?

Is there a "limit" on how my lines of IP addresses I can have listed in 
my SMTP blacklist? I have blocked all of the subnets in a range, i.e. 
a.b.c.0-a.b.c.255. I subscribe to about 10 RBLs, and then I have close 
to 175 lines worth of IPs blocked on my own, and there are some days it 
seems like this isn't putting much of a dent in the junk mail.
