Take a look at rblcheck:

The rbl wrapper program is very nice for checking one-off addresses against
a fixed list of RBL servers (as in the ones your mail server uses...).
rblcheck compiles without problem out of the box on OS X through 10.2.8 (I
haven't upgraded to Panther yet, but I wouldn't imagine there'd be any
problems there).
