I'm ashamed to say it looks like an account password was compromised. I've deleted that account. Now how do I repair the damage as far as my IP showing up on RBLs?
Each one is different.
I have a section in my blacklist document at http://www.scconsult.com/bill/dnsblhelp.html#3-19 that may help but it may well be not exactly what you need. In all likelihood, the only significant DNSBL's you should be own are auto-detect lists that also auto-expire listings. Time is the issue there. If there are other lists that you are on (try http://www.moensted.dk/spam for a wide scan) each has its own removal policies and some (like Blars or SpamBag) are quite absurd and not worth trying to get off of.
